AIIR roofing solutions are a family run company aimed at providing professional, specialist roofing services to both domestic and commercial clients.
We can carry out all aspects of roofing works including repairs, re-roofs and new roofs working from architects plans.
Slating and Tiling
We undertake all slating and tiling work offering our customers great value for money.
From general repairs or maintenance to complete replacement of existing roofs and new build projects from architectural drawings. This includes the supply and installation of insulation to current building regulation guidelines.

We ensure only high quality materials are used and that they carry a minimum of a 10 year warranty.
We are approved contractors for specialist flat roofing supplier Soprema and approved installers of Bauder (links to websites below).

Lead work
We can carry out all aspects of lead work including: - Lead aprons, gutters, valleys, flashings, soakers and lead flat roofing.

Rain water goods

If your guttering or roof drainage systems are leaking or damaged we can repair or replace this as well as the replacement of facia boards and/or soffits.
We can arrange scaffolding for our customers using reputable companies if required.
